This letter, from the Greek Community of Trieste, signed by A. S. Rallis and Nikolaos Morozinis, is addressed to the committee of the Greek national bank. The bank referred to in the letter must have been a bank established by the Greek Provisional Government and is not a reference to the National Bank of Greece founded in 1841.
